Is there parking?
We assume everyone uses an app or public transit, but if you do drive, there is public parking next to the hotel and even more of it a block away.
Can I bring my pet?
You can! But do respect your fellow guests by being a kind, responsible pet owner while you’re here. A cleaning fee will apply.
Is there an elevator?
There is not. Keep that in mind if you tend to overpack or have an accessibility need (we’re happy to be your porter when you’re here).
What about room service?
We don’t offer it, but we serve amazing food and drinks downstairs.
What’s the average price of a room?
$200-$300 a night. We work hard to keep our prices consistently low. Just be mindful if you’re visiting during a major city-wide event.
Can I party in my room?
You do you. Just as long as you don’t wake up the neighbours. We generally limit the number of people in a room at any one time to 10.
What if something comes up and I need to cancel?
Shit happens. We get it. You can cancel up to three days in advance. Otherwise, a penalty fee will be charged.
What are my options in terms of transportation?
Subway and buses are where it’s at. There’s also a Bike Share station right outside.
Can I rent a meeting space?
What you do in your room is up to you! For larger gatherings, you can ask about reserving our ground floor spaces.
Is there a gym?
Not on site, but talk to our staff and they’ll get you into our local partner studio free of charge.
What about a hot tub? Or a fireplace?
It’s not our style. Instead, our rooms have wall-to-wall windows with a true view of the city.
